Hours of Operation, Rates & Terms of Service

Hours:


Office Hours Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM - Errands requests between the hours of 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM can be requested by going to our website and scheduling the request on any available slot.


Requests After 10:00 PM * Only available upon Approval *


Saturdays - From 9:00 AM - 5:00PM

Sundays - * Available by Special Requests Only by Email *


We accept same day request as long as we have availability in the schedule.  For same day -delivery requests must be submitted by 9:00 PM.


Cancellation Notice:


24 hours cancellation notice is required on all services. Failure to comply, will incur in a $50.00 Cancellation fee.


          Rates:




           We charge $35 an hour - Min 1 hour required per service.                 After 1 hour of service, you get charged for every 1/2 hour               in increments per billing hour.


Courier Services: 


           Fee: $35 an hour

           Delivery:  Businesses & Residential

           Minimum Booking Time: Min 1 hour book time required

          * 20 Miles included in this price *


           After 20 Miles - then the price is $0.67 Cents per mile)

         

* We Only Transport Packages, Not People or Animals *

       

           *Customers are required to cover all Costs associated with                 all service requests such as orders placed for pickup and                   delivery as well as the hourly rate service fees. Be aware                   that the payments for these orders have to be paid prior

             to pick up on your behalf. *


Please Set Up an Account and Pre-Pay for our services ahead of time.


  Form of Payment:


   We Accept Zelle, Venmo, Checks & Credit Cards.


   Customers are responsible for any Returned Check Fees.
